Bay Assignment Logic

• When aircraft overfly an OzBays airport, bay info now gets unassigned when the pilot passes 200nm
• Fix bay logic to match slowly decreasing criteria until a match can be found

• Freight Aircraft assigned correct Freight Bay (Based on Airline, Aircraft & Callsign Number information)
• Live Bay assignments based off AirLabs API. If a match for the Callsign and Airport exists in OzBays, the system will assign the real-world bay if it is available on VATSIM.
